I love building for the web, and I love design systems. However, I found myself often building a new grid for every new project - not a very efficient use of time.
I created Simple Grid to bring consistency to my web projects, and to allow other designers and developers to quickly and easily build beautiful and responsive sites using my grid system.
(This website is also built on Simple Grid.)
I wanted people to be able to use and customize Simple Grid to meet any of their needs, which is why it is open sourced on Github. It has been starred over 600 times and downloaded many thousands of times.
