With just a few weeks until the holiday season, I was asked to design an experience that would allow anyone to purchase, send, and receive digital gift cards for Lyft rides.
We wanted the gifting experience to evoke the delight of the holidays, allowing people to assemble and personalize their digital gift card as they stepped through the purchase flow. Additionally, we wanted to build an experience that could outlast the holiday season — living as an evergreen home for gift card purchasing.
